I’m here because

A self-empowered wellness discovery journey led me through some of the moments I didn't think I would make it through. I couldn’t just take people's word for it. I needed to experience it for myself. In the space we co-create together this approach is prioritized where you are given the space to process freely, speak your truth, and be supported along your evolution. I prioritize the connection between you and your inner wisdom. I believe that the most important aspect of wellness is fostering a deep connection with oneself first, which forms the foundation for lasting personal growth and overall well-being. My approach is to facilitate individuals' self-directed discovery by co-creating the kind of space where clarity will emerge naturally from within. Where exploring your own inner world can lead to a deeper sense of empowered choice. When growing up in foster care, choice, seemed impossible. Yet, when I was finally allowed to fully rest without people trying to inflict help or tell me my options, I was able to discover my very own choices which led me to a deeper knowing of my capabilities and areas I want to grow in my life. My hope for our work together is to co-create a space where you can experience the same kind of relief, and feel validated, witnessed, and supported in the direction you choose to explore. Time for a cheesy but true slogan, “Community strength and unified actions create meaningful changes. I am here to remind you that you have everything you will ever need to be the person you want to be. The possibilities are endless, come explore with me! :P
