I have personally felt the weight of the struggles that come with depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and intersecting discrimination and prejudice. I’ve been in those moments when the future feels shrouded in despair and the grip of depression seems unbreakable. I’m here to be a guiding light of hope by offering a gentle helping hand and reminding you that you’re not alone in navigating these struggles. I want to offer the compassion, unconditional acceptance, and positive regard I lacked for much of my journey. I have transformed my path from trauma to healing and from addiction to recovery, all while navigating the unique challenges of being part of an immigrant family. I truly believe in you!
