Thank you for being here and seeking help! I am here because I am devoted to improving people's mental health and enjoy being there for them while they navigate the road towards wellness and healthy stability. I am committed to providing support and listening without any stigma or judgement. I want people to feel that they are being heard and not feel guilty for seeking help because this helps people overcome and find better strategies for self-care. As a person who struggles with my own mental wellness, I have had to handle through a society that sometimes seemed to limit my potential to get better. I'm highly motivated to build transformational relationships with my peers by drawing on my personal experience to support individuals in a similar boat.
