I'm here because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood, especially during difficult times. Having gone through my own challenges, I know how important it is to have someone who listens without judgment and offers support with compassion. I'm motivated by the strength I see in others when they overcome obstacles and by the opportunity to help them recognize their own resilience and potential. It’s rewarding to know that, by providing a safe space, I can make a positive difference in someone's mental health journey.
