I’m here because

I experienced so much stigma early on in my mental health journey, and I have finally reached a place in my life where I can cope with that stigma in addition to my mental health struggles. I want you to know that your mental health struggles do not define you and neither does any stigma that you may face. I am here to support you, so that you can feel the sense of belonging that I did not feel along my mental health journey. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, or even a mix of those challenges, I want you to know that you are not alone in your battle.
