I’m here because

I care deeply about mental health because it’s something I’ve been through myself, not just something I talk about, but something I live and grow with every day. I deal with anxiety, depression, and some tough experiences from growing up. I’m still learning, healing, and figuring it all out, just like everyone else. There were times I felt stuck, had trouble making friends, or didn’t wanna step out of my comfort zone. So I get it — life can be messy and hard sometimes. But I’m all about keeping it real, talking about the tough stuff, and reminding people it’s okay not to have it all together. We’re all just doing our best out here. You’re not alone in it. I’m here to listen, share, and maybe even laugh about the wild ride that is life. Let’s talk!
