A few weeks ago, we quietly launched a small pilot: every night, for just a few hours, we started offering the ability to message with one of our amazing peers in real time, get immediate support for whatever you’re going through, and schedule follow-up chats whenever needed to keep the conversation going.&nbsp;We honestly had no idea about how it would be received, but truth be told the response has been incredible – so much so that we even had to double our staff! We have learned a whole lot in such a short amount of time, and it’s been truly heart-warming to witness the positive impact that a live chat-based support has had on the lives of so many teens and young adults in a matter of weeks.&nbsp;Having carefully listened to the feedback we got from our awesome community, we’re excited to announce that over the next few weeks we’re going to be hard at work to make our service even better in a number of ways – for example, making it way easier for you to continue to message with your peer supporter whenever you want to, rather than just in those pre-set hours.While we’re working on these improvements, our peer supporters are going to take a much deserved break to rest &amp; recharge. But don’t worry – we’re always here for you!
