I’m here because

I truly understand what it’s like to navigate through dark and isolating times. My own journey with various health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, and the trauma of being a Sexual Assault survivor, has been quite a journey, filled with moments where I felt completely alone. For any of my sisters who are veterans or active duty - I also understand the sexual harassment many of us endure too. I know the heavy toll these struggles can take, and I’ve often found myself wishing for someone who could genuinely understand, listen, and provide the support I needed. That’s why I'm dedicated to being that person for you—the supportive presence I once sought during my toughest times.
